Rustic Bathroom Mirror Ideas
Although mirrors are a bathroom necessity, they are often overlooked when it comes to adding personality and style to the room.
Don't underestimate what they can do - mirrors can help create the illusion of space in small bathrooms, add a sense of depth, accentuate proportions in larger bathrooms, bounce light around making the room brighter, and add a touch of glamour.
We've found a few stunning bathrooms that have been been beautifully enhanced and even transformed with mirrors.
1. Art Deco
This Art Deco mirror with soft and rounded edges adds a friendly feel as well as a touch of 1920s luxury to a plain-tiled bathroom.

Round mirrors also create a warm and friendly atmosphere, and can add a touch of simplicity to a room that is heavily decorated, tiled or wallpapered.

3. Gilded and gorgeous
Some rooms beg for a touch of golden glamour, like the bathroom below – adorned with gold stars that bounce back into the room through the gilded mirror.

Mirrors don't just come in round, oval, square or rectangle – there are so many wonderful designs such as quatrefoil or cloud-shaped.
Using decorative silhouettes like the below (especially in combination with wallpapers) adds a sense of fun and personality to the room.

5. It Takes Two
If you have the space, creating seperate his and hers areas with perfect symmetry will look elegant and chic.
But matching mirrors aren't just for his-and-hers setups; even for a vanity with a single sink, two mirrors can create the illusion of having more space.

6. Framed
A decorative and elaborate frame can lift a simple mirror. Custom-made and hand carved frames like the below will look spectacular and add wow-factor to even a simple bathroom – but even using an old decorative picture frame can do wonders to lift an old mirror.
